Overview
This is currently the BEST Mobile Bullet Trap option for .22, .17 and 9 mm pistol calibers. It offers a quick, safe setup and deployment.
It is made from steel for exceptional durability, and includes a ballistic rubber panel positioned in front of the steel cage that will slow down the bullets enough to be then stopped completely by the heavy armor steel back-plate. The ballistic rubber front also helps keeping most of the lead dust inside instead of escaping in the environment. It will also drastically reduces the noise due to bullet impact on the back-plate.
This is the ONLY trap with removable back-plate that can be replaced, upgraded or removed to retrieve the spent ammo captured inside the collector tray.
By far the best and easy to use bullet trap as long as it is used within the general safety guidelines for bullet traps (maintain a safe distance, straight line shooting, stable surface etc) and specified calibers. Rated for up to: 9 mm FMJ (115GR)
Note: In order to achieve an better overall seal for the steel cage, jamming the backplate in place using an metal L bracket is recommended.
