Quiet, enclosed, low lead dust, with exceptional durability, includes a high quality 1″ ballistic rubber panel, self -healing, positioned in front of the steel cage that will slow down the rounds enough to be then stopped completely by the heavy steel back-plate. Also, UNLIKE others, the armor steel back-plate, can be easily removed to be replaced or upgraded to a thicker plate or just removed to access and retrieve the bullet fragments inside the trap. Note: The life of the ballistic rubber panel will be highly dependent on the caliber and type of bullet used. The FMJ type rounds will not be as destructive to the front panel’s life as the FTX, HP, XTP or SP bullets. Front panel replacement available under Ballistic Solutions section.
